This story describes Haiti's innovative use of an electronic health record for implementation and monitoring of HEALTHQUAL and other performance indicators to engage clinical mentors, clinic level health care workers, and clinic-based teams in analyzing and using data for performance improvement.

TB indicators in Namibia were targeted for quality improvement in HIV care & treatment facilities. This narrative describes how QI programs have sustained high TB screening and substantially increased IPT coverage in Namibia.

Baylor Uganda Main Clinic at Mulago Hospital provides HIV care & treatment services to children, adolescents and adults. The clinic has an active patient population of approximately 5000 with 60% on ART. Staff focused improvement efforts on ART adherence assessment.
