Consumer Involvement Specialist
Daniel Tietz is responsible for formulating programmatic policy (globally and nationally), developing strategies, and technical assistance related to consumer involvement in quality management. Since 2006, he has managed the Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC), and facilitated integration of consumer involvement into the international program infrastructure to ensure meaningful input from people living with HIV in implementing partner countries. He continues to serve as a liaison with consumers, assisting them in communicating issues and concerns regarding international and local policy matters. Mr. Tietz holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, and Economics from SUNY Empire State, and has more than 17 years of experience working at AI.
